======Horse Stats======

When looking at a nearby tamed horse players get an actionbar notification about its stats. The stats matches the currently glowing horse. The notification shows its health, jump height in blocks and speed in blocks per second. 

The notification display can be toggled with the /trigger horse_stats command.
